Created in 1986, O-Line Video Productions, have shot, and still shoot, News vision for many Broadcasters Local, National and International, plus Digital Still images for the print media, we cover it all.

 

Producing National Television Commercials for companies like Honda Power Products, Dunlop Super Dealers, Bushranger Autogear, Autopro, and many more. Our AutoPro and Bushranger Auto Gear TVC's have won five "AAAA industry awards" Best Television Commercial Regional, and more recently we were a Finalist in ABC2's "Video Lives"

Our expertise is currently supplied to News/Current Affairs for most networks across Australia and the world from within the North West Victorian region.

Vision and Audio we gather, is fed in "realtime" via the SKY Video Network, or encoded and up-loaded via FTP to anywhere across Australia or the world "instantly".

Current Cameras are a Panasonic SPX800E Broadcast P2 camera, Sony DSR570WSP .

Both are 16:9  4:3 switchable, The SPX800 achieves outstanding image quality and recording onto the solid state P2 format has speed and image quality benefits in broadcast media.

 

We began editing Non-Linear (Computer Editing) when it first came onto the market with an AVID platform back in the very early 90's and currently run two Apple Final Cut Pro "Un-Compressed" platforms, with many terabytes of storage. All Analogue and Digital SDI in and outs to whatever Quality level and output media the client demands.

We believe that Independant producers that keep up with the best kit they can afford for their client needs, ie Value for money, and achieve a cost effective result, will no doubt survive in todays frantic TV industry.

Main Camera used

The AJ-SPX800 combines a high-performance 2/3 3-CCD camera with 25fps PAL progressive and 50 fields interlace recording in 25Mbps DVCPRO and 50Mbps DVCPRO50 format on a P2 card. By eliminating all moving parts from the camera recording path Panasonic has ensured the AJ-SPX800 is extremely reliable and resistant to environmental hazards such as the shock vibration cold dust moisture and humidity that threaten camcorders based on mechanical recording transports. AJ-SPX800 images are stored on a P2 card using MXF file format to ensure IT compatibility for file transfer.
